Before you book

Is the class live?

Yes. It runs live on Zoom on Saturday 14 November 2026 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm IST.

What language is it in?

Spoken in Hinglish (Hindi and English mixed). Slides and handouts are in English.

Does my child need to attend?

No, the class is for parents. Keep your child's toothbrush and toothpaste nearby for the demos. Your child is welcome to sit with you.

Can I ask about my own child?

Yes, in the live Q&A. Answers are general guidance. For a diagnosis or treatment advice for your child, please see a dentist in person.

Will there be a recording?

Please plan to join live, since the demos and questions happen in real time. If a replay is offered, registered parents will be told on WhatsApp before the class. Questions and answers are never recorded.

How do I get the Zoom link?

After you pay, we send a WhatsApp confirmation with the joining steps. The Zoom link is sent again on the day at 4:30 pm.

Can both parents join?

Yes. One booking covers your family joining together from one device.

What if I cannot make it?

Cancel at least 24 hours before the class for a full refund. See the refund policy.

Terms and conditions

These terms apply to bookings for "Baby's First Smile: The Little Teeth Masterclass" (the class).

What you buy: one place in a live, 60-minute online class on Zoom on Saturday 14 November 2026 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm IST, plus the digital handouts described on this page. Nothing is shipped; everything is delivered online by WhatsApp or email.
Who provides it: the class is organised by Govind Singh Jyala, who receives the payments through Razorpay, and taught by Dr. Ratika Solanki.
Price: ₹499 per family, paid in advance. Payment gateway charges are not added to this price.
Education only: the class is general health education for parents. It is not a medical or dental consultation, diagnosis or treatment, and no dentist-patient relationship is created. For advice about your own child, see a dentist in person.
Your part: you need a working internet connection and Zoom. Please be respectful in the chat. We may remove anyone who disrupts the class, without a refund.
Content: slides, handouts and any replay are for your family's personal use. Please do not record, copy or share them.
Changes: if we must change the date or time, you can move to the new date or take a full refund.
Questions or complaints: contact us using the details below. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

Who we are: Baby's First Smile is organised by Govind Singh Jyala, who is responsible for the details you share with us.
What we collect: your name, WhatsApp number, email, city, your child's age group, the concern you want covered, how you heard about us, and the name of anyone who referred you.
Why: to confirm your seat, send joining details, handouts and reminders, answer your questions in class, and improve future classes.
Payments: processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
Recording: only the teaching part may be recorded. The Q&A is not recorded.
Sharing: we do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the class (Razorpay, Zoom, WhatsApp) or where the law requires.
Messages: we will message you about this class and, if you agree, future Baby's First Smile classes. Reply STOP at any time. We will not use your details to market any clinic's services.
Your choices: you can ask us to correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, using the contact details below. We delete booking details 12 months after your last class.

Cancellation and refund policy

You cancel at least 24 hours before: full refund if you ask before 5:00 pm IST on Friday 13 November 2026.
Less than 24 hours before, or you miss the class: no refund.
We cancel or move the class: your choice of a full refund or a seat on the new date.
How: message us on WhatsApp or email with your name and payment details. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
